What is Variant Talent?

After about four years as a part of casting teams for various film, television and commercial projects; Variant Talent owner Jessica Hovind set out to create an on camera talent agency that was run just a bit differently.  Launching in 2015 with no prior experience either as an agent or starting/running a business, Jessica turned Variant into a real player in the agency game.

As 2024 begins and after surviving growing pains, a pandemic and historic strikes; Variant Talent is excited to move into its next phase which will focus on "real people" in order to diversify talent offered to the market.
